Glenn H. Morak is a dedicated New York criminal defense attorney who is known for his exceptional trial skills and commitment to his clients. A Brooklyn native, Mr. Morak has been a criminal defense attorney since 1981. He joined Abramson & Morak in 1994. Mr. Morak has extensive experience defending clients accused of crimes in both State and Federal Court. He has tried and obtained acquittals for clients charged with murder, robbery, rape, sex abuse, burglary, grand larceny, assault and racketeering. Mr. Morak has also successfully litigated search and seizure motions, as well as identification and statement suppression. In two recent cases, he secured the dismissal of indictments against two physicians accused of sexually abusing patients in New York City hospitals. Mr. Morak has also successfully represented clients before the Grand Jury.

Mr. Morak has successfully represented clients in matters of mail fraud, wire fraud, bank fraud, insurance fraud, perjury, bribery, bribery of a labor official, money laundering, enterprise corruption, Medicaid fraud and driving while intoxicated. He has represented clients under investigation by the Secret Service, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the New York State Department of Insurance, and the New York City Department of Investigation.
